We are looking for an Administrative Response Specialist to provide support to the Patient Engagement Department in acting as the front door for Eating Recovery Center and Insight. The Administrative Response Specialist will use his/her skills to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. This person will help manage calls and correspondence on a national level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to calls and inquiries in a validating, timely, inclusive and comforting fashion
Provide pertinent information to callers and transfer the call to the appropriate source if requested
Relay voicemails and other messages to the proper location within the organization
Present Eating Recovery Center information in a comprehensive and welcoming manner.
Collect complete information regarding any inquiries, including clinical, professional collaboration and insurance.
Perform various word processing responsibilities, which can include proofreading documents before they are sent out or updating the company’s phone directory
Record voicemail messages for the company phone system, including messages stating when the office will be closed for holidays
Perform routine maintenance on the switchboard system or contact outside contractor to visit the office to fix the system when necessary
Coordinate the administrative needs of the Patient Engagement Department and supporting clinical staff members to assure quality patient care and quality service to both external and internal clients.
Assure follow through on process/ protocols as identified/ assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma
4 years’ of relative experience in a clinical administrative setting preferred
Some experience working with mentally ill populations preferred
Clear speaking voice
Superb customer service skills
Knowledge of switchboards and phone systems
Advanced computer knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite required
Demonstrates increased responsibility and role expansion in training, implementation and leadership experiences
