Location: 100% Remote
This Contact Center Agent will be responsible for placing and fielding a high volume phone calls a day within our healthcare department
The goal of the Call center agent is to assess the potential needs and impact of how custhomers have been impacted.
Candidate must meet minimum requirements for Personal Computer hardware and software and must have broadband internet, a headset is prefered.
