The Customer Service Rep is the first-line contact for our customers, setting the tone for how our company and services are experienced. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task (as an example, direct data entry into a computer while speaking with a member or provider on the phone.) The Customer Service Rep is expected to promote a positive team environment, identify and evaluate opportunities to drive department process improvements that positively impact the member/provider/customer experiences, align the goals and objectives of the company and department as well as goals of internal customers, promotion of team orientation and the ability to work harmoniously with others.
1. At least 6 months experience as a Customer Service
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Ability to multi-task and work in several web-based
1. Behavioral health care related experience
