Firstsource Healthcare has immediate fulltime Work From Home positions available as Customer Service Representatives. Our CSR’s will be provided with virtual interviews as well as training from their home. The starting pay rate is $13 base pay with an additional $1 per hour attendance bonus. Responsibilities:
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls for Member and Provider inquiries
• Be able to answer Member and Provider inquiries and type information into the computer system simultaneously
Qualifications
Previous Experience & Skills:
• Must meet the WFH requirements – Internet service to include a router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC
• Must have a private work station to perform your work
• Previous Call Center experience, Healthcare Call Center preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years customer service experience preferred
• Minimum typing speed = 30-35 wpm
• Substantial understanding of the job, apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of personal computers required
• Strong reading comprehension
• Follow established procedures to meet customer needs
• Ability to train virtually in a “self-learning” environment
