Bbot is a rapidly growing startup that makes smart ordering technology for bars, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality establishments. As an early member of the team, you’ll drive the growth of the company by managing the relationship between us and our customers. When you are not directly working with customers, you will help improve customer success, loyalty and retention, and coordinate between multiple departments. This position is full time and is remote work from home. You will work primarily as a relationship manager between Bbot and our customers, increasing retention and optimizing customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role you will need to have strong interpersonal, telephone, communication, and organizational skills.
