Customer Service Representative / Call Center CSR
Our Call Center performs a mix of making outbound calls and taking inbound calls for various Cable Providers and Consumer Electronics companies, with a focus on Technical Support and Customer Satisfaction. In this position, you will be making warm/lukewarm calls to customers along with answering inbound calls.
Shifts Offered: Monday-Sunday: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am working five 8 hour shifts per week All Schedules currently being offered include One Weekday off and One Weekend day off. All schedules involve working one weekend day per week.
Pay Rate: Introductory rate is $10.75/hour (for no prior call center experience), negotiable with call center experience (strong preference for technical support or cable industry). Full-time employees may waive company offered medical benefits for an additional $2.85/hour after 90 days, increasing our base wage to $13.60+/hour. Spanish/English Bilingual employees earn +$1 to the base hourly rate.
