Job Summary:
Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to communicate with internal and external customers in a highly professional manner.
• Communicate with customers or doctor’s offices via telephone in a highly professional and caring manner providing excellent Customer Service.
• Properly document all notes and maintain customer orders in HCD’s system
• Meets and maintains department productively standards.
• Engages in good faith reporting of compliance concerns.
• Performs all other duties as assigned, which may vary at any time.
Requirements
• HS Diploma and/or GED
• Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• One or more years of customer service experience
