You will support the Invasive Outbound Scheduling Department!
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate IV is responsible for scheduling complex, and specialized procedures (i.e. Campaigns, Surgeries, IR) and coordinating multiple resources for patient services.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3 (Three) years of related customer facing healthcare experience with at least two years scheduling complex and specialized procedures is required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Two (2) years of experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling and preregistering patients within basic services
