Our Provider Service Representatives will handle customer support and deliver stellar service to meet the needs of our Client’s Members and Providers.
- Supports Members or Providers with routine and complex inquiries
- Achieves individual performance goals as outlined
- Demonstrates personal responsibility and accountability by meeting attendance and schedule adherence expectations.
- Support member needs for basic inquiries and assistance involving their eligibility, ID cards, Member Portal, PCP changes, and personal information updates
- Grit; demonstrated passion and perservance towards goals despite obstacles or distractions
- 1 year Call Center Customer Service experience
- $12.50 Hourly Rate in Training & OJT (On-The-Job Training)
- $12.50 Hourly Rate in Production
- $13.50 Hourly Rate increase after 60 Days of Production
- $500 Bonus after 60 Days of Production
