Salary/Rate:
$18-$20/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Associate must be an excellent communicator, tech savvy, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for all customers. The right candidate for this position will be a problem solver with at least one year of customer service experience. There is opportunity for growth within the company based on performance.
Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:
- Assist customers directly through email, live chat, and over the phone
- Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls and emails while meeting targets
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Document information of call for tracking inbound and outbound communication
- Deliver outstanding experience for each customer
Qualifications of the Customer Experience Associate:
- Must have customer service experience
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal
- Experience using Zendesk is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Hardworking, resourceful team player
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
