What You’ll Do:
- Leverage your deep product expertise in categories to help navigate our customers through their purchase
- Sell products in high growth categories through creative and impactful initiatives
- Grow through world class training and continuous career development.
- Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to make us all better
- Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operations
- Exemplify a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with customers and your team members
- Meet or exceed your monthly revenue, calls / day targets, and other established KPIs
What You’ll Need:
- Passion for helping customers
- Personal drive to exceed sales targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Prior sales experiences in a consumer facing role
- Dedicated private workspace (Wayfair provides all necessary computer equipment)
- Ability to maintain internet speeds of 25Mbps+ (download) and 5+ (upload) internet connection
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications
- 3+ years of industry experience in appliance in a fast paced, customer facing role
- Interest or passion for home products a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma equivalent preferred
