
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred; preferably in a government agency, hospitality, financial/banking, or professional office setting
- Background check required
Working from home requirements:
- Hard-wired high-speed internet service required – must be able to connect via Ethernet cable connection (within 25ft of workspace); wireless/WIFI connection not permitted
- Landline telephone service required – wireless/satellite/cable phones service not permitted
- Alternate telephone (i.e. cell) to use to access IMPAQ systems as part of log in process and for communicating issues to physical call center
- Proficiency with troubleshooting and using computers
