BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business, legal, healthcare or a related field preferred
- Experience with referral based services required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum (7) years of management experience in the healthcare industry, previous home care experience required
- Must be competent and knowledgeable of all applicable home care regulations
- Effective communication skills to represent the organization professionally
- Internally driven to maintain the highest quality standards
- Ability to travel to local sites, as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the successful completion of internal audits, the content reviewed, and the timely
- reporting of results.
- Regularly engage clients by managing the external survey process, reporting results, and
- suggesting process improvements based on feedback.
- Oversee clinical affairs in applicable states.
- Ensures that documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
- Oversees calibration, customer plans of care, and testing.
- Partners with internal leaders to collaborate on protocol reviews, opportunities trends, and
- next steps.
- Partners with training to ensure that initial onboarding and ongoing training matches quality
- needs.
- Assist in the creation, approval, and adoption of efficient and practical policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards
- Track results of local surveys/audits and oversee Plans of Correction.
- Manage centralized processes to help ensure quality assurance practices are met in each state/region in accordance with all applicable licensure and regulations.
- Facilitates training, including quality content.
- Monitor the performance of local quality assurance leaders to ensure compliance with quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain all CLIA certificates/waivers.
- Monitor tracking of Annual Caregiver requirements.
- Oversee employee exclusion/sanction screening.
- Oversee grievance policies and procedures, including tracking and adoption of regular proactive mitigation practices.
