
Job Description
*This position is only open to candidates 18 years or older living in Alabama, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, or Wisconsin.*
Effectively negotiate customer relations while answering incoming phone calls. Addresses various types of customer inquiries and concerns pertaining to account information and credit status.
Computer Requirements
• Current and supported MS Windows 8.1, or 10 Operating System (No Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP)
• Processor

– INTEL 1.8GHZ or higher, OR
